The Birmingham Vulcans, established in 1967, are a Rugby Union club competing in Division II of the USA Rugby True South Union. Located in Birmingham, Alabama, the Men’s team plays year-round competing in 15’s and 7’s competition. The Women’s team often practices at the same location, dates, and times as the Men’s team.

18 or Over = Eligible to play for the Birmingham Vulcans Men’s or Women’s teams. Practices are usually held Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6:30 almost all year round. See this website’s calendar for up to date times and cancellations.

Under the umbrella of the Birmingham Rugby Club Foundation is Central Alabama Youth Rugby with programs for players ages 6 through 19.
